October Obsessions

November is here and Im here with a monthly favourites post. If you’ve been following me for a while then you will already know how much I love monthly favourite posts. Its a great way to discover new things to try.

Ouai Leave-In Conditioner Spray

Since I last had my hair coloured, its been one big knotted rats nest after washing it. I love the Ouai brand and I haven’t been disappointed with any product I’ve tried from them (and I have quite a few of their products) so I decided to try out their mini leave in conditioner. It smells amazing and does a great job of detangling my hair after I shower.

Schuh ‘Collette’ Chelsea Boots

Ive been on the hunt for a nice pair of faux leather black boots for a while now. Im quite fussy because I like a boot with a slight heel and I didn’t want to spend a fortune on a pair of boots. I found these on ASOS and I am obsessed with them! They are only £28 and they are amazing quality. They are a pull on boot and I love the little bit of silver metal detail on the heels. I already know I will be wearing these all the time this autumn/winter.

The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% & Zinc 1%

My skin has gotten so oily in the past 2 months and its been driving me crazy. And of course my skin started getting oily after I gave away my old Niacinamide to my sister because I hadn’t needed it in months and months. If you didn’t know already, Niacinamide is a great ingredient for oily and spot prone skin. I particularly like The Ordinary one because a) its affordable, b) its free from alcohol and c) it comes in a glass bottle. The only thing I don’t really like about it is thats its a bit sticky but all the pros outnumber that small issue. I use it every morning before moisturising and its definitely helped with my oily t-zone.

The Great British Bake Off

One of the best things about Autumn is all of the great tv shows. GBBO is hands down one of the best British telly shows and we love it in our house. I get excited every Tuesday to watch it with a cup of coffee and a little treat. This years series is one of the best ones we’ve had in a while I think. And I love that we’ve had a vegan baker on it this year.
