This lockdown, I think we all deserve to really relax and look after our mental health. I’m going to be taking long bubble baths, reading, drinking lots of coffee and bingeing so many new Netflix shows over the next few weeks and probably rewatching some of my favourites.
I’ve come up with a list of 5 of my favourite shows on Netflix. There’s a bit of everything for everyone so whether you like comedy or if you prefer supernatural shows, I’ve got you covered. So grab some popcorn, a cup of tea and get ready to binge some telly.
In the world of social media, we are so used to seeing photoshopped photos with filters and it’s easy to start disliking yourself. So many influencers and celebrities (yes I’m talking about you the Kardashian/Jenner clan) it’s so easy for us to see those selfies and think “I wish I looked like them” but in reality they don’t even like like them.
With photoshop, filters, angles and lighting hacks being the “norm” I think it’s so important especially for us women and young girls to follow body positivity accounts. Following women who don’t use photoshop or special angles has massively helped me with my confidence. I’ve found so many amazing women I now look up to who I love to follow.
