In the world of social media, we are so used to seeing photoshopped photos with filters and it’s easy to start disliking yourself. So many influencers and celebrities (yes I’m talking about you the Kardashian/Jenner clan) it’s so easy for us to see those selfies and think “I wish I looked like them” but in reality they don’t even like like them.
With photoshop, filters, angles and lighting hacks being the “norm” I think it’s so important especially for us women and young girls to follow body positivity accounts. Following women who don’t use photoshop or special angles has massively helped me with my confidence. I’ve found so many amazing women I now look up to who I love to follow.
Last month I celebrated 2 year of being vegan. I initially went Vegan back in 2017 but I only lasted 3 months because I wasn’t fully commited. Now I’m a happy vegan and it’s the best thing I’ve done for myself. I’ve learnt a lot from my 2 years of veganism and my first attempt of being vegan.
I’m going to share some tips that helped me along my veganism journey and hopefully they can help and inspire you to take the step towards this incredible lifestyle.
Christmas is getting closer and closer and if you’re like me then youre starting to worry about buying everyone gifts. I love gift giving but sometimes it can be really difficult to buy gifts so I love looking at peoples gift guides.
